On March 24-26, 2021, the Basel Convention Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific (BCRC China), together with Solid Waste and Chemical Management Center.MEE, organized the summary and acceptance of Shenzhen's"Zero-Waste cities"construction pilot project, which came from BCRC China, Solid Waste and Chemical Management Center.MEE, Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Nankai University, Shanghai Second University of technology, South China Institute of environmental science, MEE 23 experts from Shenzhen University and other units formed the " Zero-Waste cities" construction pilot technology assistance group. On the afternoon of March 24, 23 experts, including Professor Li Jinhui, executive director of the assistance group / BCRC China, researcher Liu Lili, assistant director of BCRC China, senior engineer Chen Yuan, senior engineer Xu Xiaofang and assistant researcher Xu Guochang, had a discussion with various departments of Shenzhen Ecological Environment Bureau and Shenzhen municipal government, deliberated the summary report of Shenzhen pilot work and relevant materials, and studied the feasibility of Shenzhen pilot project. It also puts forward several guiding opinions and suggestions for Shenzhen to continue to deepen the construction of "ZeroWaste cities", work out the action plan for the construction of "ZeroWaste cities" in the 14th five year plan and the key points of work in 2021. From March 25 to 26, Professor Li Jinhui, executive director of BCRC China, and other experts successively went to the intelligent environmental protection command Hall of Shenzhen Ecological Environment Bureau, Shenzhen carbon emission rights exchange, Shenzhen chuangbaofeng Automobile Sales Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Yisheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen polymer industry association, "ZeroWaste cities" Technology Industry Association, Jingdong Logistics Company, Shenzhen Yutong Packaging Co., Ltd Science and Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct on-site investigation and exchange guidance.
