Recently, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Zhejiang Province released the "Zhejiang Provincial Plan for the Prevention and Control of Pollution from Industrial Solid Waste (2022-2025)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"). The "Plan" proposes that the main goals are to stabilize and reduce the intensity of industrial solid waste generation by 2025, comprehensively upgrade the utilization and disposal facilities, promote low-carbon utilization methods and advanced technological equipment, and greatly increase the coverage of digital governance. The "zero waste" concept has been widely recognized in the industrial sector, and the modernization level of the industrial solid waste treatment system and governance capacity will be further improved.
