In order to fully implement the requirements and decision-making arrangements of the Party Central Committee and The State Council, which is about promoting the comprehensive utilization of bulk solid waste, improving resource utilization efficiency, reducing carbon emissions and achieving peak carbon neutrality during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. The sub-forum is centered around the purposes of constructing 50 demonstration bases for comprehensive utilization of bulk solid waste The goal is to achieve a comprehensive utilization rate of more than 75% in these demonstration bases, enhancing the regional carbon reduction support capacity.
