Pursuant to Article 7 and Article 15 of the Stockholm Convention, the Parties have the obligations to submit and update National Implementation Plans (NIPs) and National Reports for implementation of the convention. To promote fulfillment of these obligations, Basel and Stockholm Convention Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific (BCRC-SCRC China) will hold an online regional capacity-building workshop to increase the capacity of the Parties served by BCRC-SCRC China to transmit, access and use the data contained in NIPs and National Reports. 1-2 representatives from the Asia-pacific regional Parties will be invited to attend the workshop.
