“The Treatment Catalogue of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (First Batch)”and “Provisions on Formulation and Adjustment of WEEE Treatment Catalogue” which were adopted by the State Council and came into force on January 1st , 2011."Catalogue" listed the five categories of waste electrical and electronic products for the first batch. “Provisions on Formulation and Adjustment of WEEE Treatment Catalogue” made the provisions of the “Catalogue” in organization, principles and programs of formulation,evaluation and adjustment.
