In order to implement “Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste”, “Cleaner Production Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China "and “The Regulations on the Administration of Recovery and Disposal of Waste Electronic and Electronic Equipment”, toprotectthe environment and safeguard human health, “Technical Specifications on Pollution Control of Waste Electrical and Electronic Products Treatment" was approved asthe national environmental protection standards, and implementedsince April 1st, 2010.Thestandard formulated content and technical requirements of pollution prevention and environmental protection control in the process of waste electrical and electronic products collection, transport, storage, dismantling and disposal.
