In order to further implement the "the Announcements on Guidance of Strengthening Heavy Metal Pollution Prevention and Control by MEP," "the 12^thFive-Year" Plan for the Prevention of Heavy Metal Pollution ", and strengthen the lead battery and the secondary lead industry pollution prevention, protect the health, promote social harmony and stability, MEP released the announcement in May 18^th, 2011.The announcementmade the important requirementsof the emissions of the enterprises of pollutants, implementation health protection distance with 500 meters ,and set up the heavy metal pollutionlifelongliability.
