Guidance on the Implementation of Household Appliances Replacement Policy in order to Reinforcethe Dismantling and Disposal of Waste Household Appliances

In order to implement the home appliance replacement policy and expansion of domestic demand by state council, ensure the home appliances dismantling properly in the process of replacement policy,push the implementation of“The Regulations for the Administration of Recycling and Treatment of Waste Electric and Electronic Equipment”, MEP released the “Guidance on the Implementation of Household Appliances Replacement Policy in order to Reinforce the Dismantling and Disposal of Waste Household Appliances” on July 1st, 2009.The guidancerequiresthe environmental protection administration to raise awareness,clear the thinking,and earnestly organize the implementation, supervision and management work indismantling and disposal of waste household appliances. Notification regulatedthat theemissions the various pollutants in dismantling process ofrelated enterprise of waste household appliances should achieve the standards,requiredto prevent theenvironmental pollutioncaused by disorderlyuse ofdisassemble products, and illegally dismantling process behavior of waste household appliances will be severely hit.
