In order to implement "The Regulation for the Administration of Recycling and Treatment of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment”,to guideall the provinces to scientificand reasonableplanning and develop waste electrical and electronic products treatment industry, to regulate waste electrical and electronic equipment treatment activities,to promote comprehensive utilization of resources and development of recycling economy,to protect the environment and safeguard human health, on September 27^th,2010, ministries put forward the following opinions about theformulationof the plan, determination of reasonable development goals, guidance ofhealthytreatment industry development, development of suitable treatment technology and equipment, promotion of steady recycling network construction andthe implementationof planning, and strengthening of thepublicity and education.
