According to theprovisions of“environmental protection department is responsible for participating in formulating the bidding standards of home appliances to the countryside and entering conditions of circulation enterprises;supervising the product environmental performance in conjunction with the quality inspection departments, supervising the enterprise environmental behavior; participating in thejoint supervision and examination ”which is regulated in the"Inter-Ministerial Joint Conference System of Home Appliances to the Countryside”, in order to safeguard the smooth progress of the electrical home appliances to the countryside work, MEP released the “Notification on Environmental Protection Work of Home Appliances Going to the Countryside” on April 24, 2010.. The environmental protection departments should strengthen the publicity, supervision, coordination and cooperation work ofthe home appliances going tothe countryside.
