Professor Minoru FUJII is currently the chief researcher of the National Institute of Environmental Research of Japan (directly under the Ministry of the Environment), the director of the Environmental Regional Environment Creation Research Office of the Center for Social Environmental Systems Research, a visiting professor at the University of Tokyo, and a cabinet consultant for the Japan Eco-city and Environmental City Project, Japan Leading expert in waste management and circular economy. He also serves as Chairman of the IoT Council of Waste Management and Recycling, Japan (Japan).
