2020年4月，经生态环境部授权，亚太中心向挪威驻北京大使馆提交了“中挪合作——海洋废塑料及微塑料管理能力建设”项目的启动报告以及2019年项目进展报告。项目启动报告主要从项目背景、项目成果框架、项目活动及时间安排、合作伙伴及角色分工、项目预算等方面进行介绍。项目进展报告包括项目活动报 告和财务报告，主要介绍了2019年工作进展及已取得成果、执行偏差及风险管理、财务决算等。

 

In April 2019, BCRC China/ SCRCAP finished the task under the inception stage of Sino-Norwegian Cooperation on Capacity Building for Reducing Plastic & Microplastic Pollution (SINOPLAST) and submitted the output, which is inception report, under this outcome to Norwegian Embassy in Beijing. The inception report mainly introduced the project background, result framework, project activities and time schedule, stakeholders and partners, and detailed budget.

In addition, the progress report of the SINOPLAST was also submitted at the same time. The progress report included two parts, one is project activities report described the progress and outputs achieved in 2019, the other is financial report reviewed expenditure in 2019.
