2021年5月17日，挪威驻华使馆在北京举办了挪威宪法宣传日招待会，挪威驻华使馆大使白思娜女士主持招待会。中国外交部中国政府欧洲事务特别代表吴红波致开幕辞。其他多个国家驻中国领事馆的代表受邀参加。作为“中挪合作——海洋废塑料及微塑料管理能力建设”项目中方执行单位，亚太中心区域化学品管理室陈源主任受邀参加了此次活动。
On May 17, 2021, the Norwegian Embassy in Beijing held a Constitution Day Reception. The reception was hosted by Ambassador Ms. Signe Brudeset. Special Representative for European Affairs of the Chinese Government, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, delivered an opening speech. Representatives from consulates of many other countries were invited to attend in the event. Dr. Yuan Chen, the Chief of Regional Chemical Management Branch of BCRC China participated in the reception.
