Review Meeting for the Draft Group Standard "Water quality—Technical specifications for abundance of microplastics detection" Led by BCRC China Successfully Held
2025年4月25日,由清华大学/巴塞尔公约亚太区域中心(以下简称“亚太中心”)牵头制定的《水质 微塑料丰度检测技术规范》团体标准送审稿审议会在北京顺利召开。会议邀请南开大学林岩教授担任评审专家组组长,中国环境科学研究院、中国水利水电科学研究院、华东师范大学、天津市生态环境监测中心等科研机构专家,岛津、安捷伦等企业技术负责人,以及标准编制组代表共20余人参会。
会议首先由中国环境保护产业协会闫骏高级工程师介绍了标准提出背景、目的和标准审议要求,亚太中心陈源研究员对标准制定的必要性、编制依据和原则等内容进行了总结发言,亚太中心项目助理李亚丽对标准制定的主要过程、主要技术内容和征求意见处理等方面进行了详细汇报。随后专家组对标准文本及相关材料进行了审议,针对标准的范围、术语以及主要技术内容等进行了充分的质询和讨论,一致同意通过该标准送审稿,并就标准适用范围和分析方法等方面提出了建设性的意见。
On April 25, 2025, the review meeting for the draft group standard Water quality—Technical specifications for abundance of microplastics detection, led by Tsinghua University/Basel Convention Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific (hereinafter referred to as " BCRC China "), was successfully held in Beijing. The meeting invited Professor Lin Yan from Nankai University to serve as the chair of the expert review panel. Over 20 participants attended, including experts from research institutions such as the Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences, China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research, East China Normal University, and Tianjin Eco-Environment Monitoring Center; technical representatives from companies including Shimadzu and Agilent; and members of the standard drafting group.
The meeting commenced with Senior Engineer Yan Jun from the China Association of Environmental Protection Industry introducing the background, objectives, and review requirements for the standard. Researcher Chen Yuan from the BCRC China delivered a summary speech emphasizing the necessity, basis, and principles of the standard development. Project Assistant Li Yali from the BCRC China provided a detailed report on the drafting process, key technical content, and handling of public feedback. The expert panel then reviewed the draft standard and supporting materials. Following thorough inquiries and discussions on the scope, terminology, and core technical specifications, the panel unanimously approved the draft standard for submission. Additionally, they offered constructive recommendations regarding its applicability and analytical methodologies.
