China Guangzhou Detected Two Batches of Prohibited Imported Solid Waste

Recently, HuangPu Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of Guangzhou, China, detected two batches of prohibited imported solid waste. The two batches of goods, of which the total weight is 53961kg, are declared in the name of crude copper, but they actually are residues and smelting slag of electrical and electronic products after recovery. They are from the LONGBEICH port of United States and transited by HKSAR, China. HuangPu Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau have returned the two batches of waste, and issued inspection certificate for the consignee to carry out foreign claims.
