The 7th International Conference on Solid Waste Management and Technology was held at Xijiao Hotel on 5-7 September, 2012, in Beijing. About 450 delegates from more than 30 countries who were in research institutes, enterprises and government departments attended the conference.

With the support of Ministry of Environmental Protection of China, the Sixth International Conference on Waste Management and Technology (ICWMT 6) was held on August 30-September 1, 2011 Suzhou, China. There were variety of sessions and back to back meetings, such as Regional Workshop on the Public Private Partnership for E-Waste Collection hosted by BCRC China in Suzhou, during 29-30 August 2011.
