On May 20, The Malaysia Waste Management and Recycling Expo 2026 and the Malaysia Logistics and Warehouse Expo 2026 have  officially opened at the Setia City Convention Centre. Running concurrently, these two events are all about turning waste into wealth, greening our logistics, and pushing Malaysia closer to its Environmental, Social, and Governance targets. 40% of Malaysia’s daily trash-around 15,000 tonnes-is actually high-value plastic, paper, and metal. To fix this, Malaysian Investment Development Authority and Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry are moving beyond just setting targets. The new New Incentive Framework and National Investment Aspirations Scorecard now turn ESG performance into a measurable driver for business growth.
