Basel Convention Coordinating Centre for Asia and the Pacific (BCRC China) is located in Tsinghua University, hosted by Secretariats of Basel Convention and Stockholm Convention, is serving as a Regional Centre for Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal Stockholm Convention. Now we are looking for several Technical Assistants to charge of developing, organizing and implementing projects, detail requirements are as follows:

Position title: Technical Assistant

Responsibilities: Charge of researching and developing technologies of projects related to hazardous waste, and assisting in organizing and implementing projects

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above in environment, chemical engineering, material engineering, mechanical engineering or relative subject;

2. Fluent English(speak and write);

3. Strong capacity in organization and coordination;

4. In good health and hard –working;

5. Background in management policy and technology of solid waste, e-waste, and hazardous waste would be an advantage.
