In order to prevent environmental pollution andstrengthen the environmental management of e-waste, according to the “Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste”, “Administrative Measures for the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Electronic Waste”was adopted inthe 3^th meeting of state environmental protection administration on September7^th,2007, and came into force on February 1st , 2008, which prohibits any individuals or enterprises, which are not listed in the e-waste dismantling enterprise (including individuals) list (including temporary list) to deal with the dismantling, recycling and disposal of e-waste.
