In order to implement "Access Condition of Lead-acid Battery Industry", further strengthen and improve the lead battery industry management, and promote the adjustment of industry structure, eliminate backward and industrial upgrading, the MIIT and MEP jointly formulated the “Interim Administrative Measures on Access Announcement of Lead-acid Battery Industry” and released it on November 29^th, 2012.According to the AdministrativeMeasures, the MIIT will organizerelevant association and experts, or entrust the provincial department of industry and information technology toirregularly examine lead battery production enterprises, which enter the access announcement list..MIIT will dynamically manageenterprises which enter the access announcement list, and the enterprise which can't meet the requirements of the admittance conditions will not be allowed to enter.
