Access Conditions of Lead-acid Battery Industry

In order to promote the structural adjustment and industrial upgradingof lead battery industryin China, standardize the industry investment behavior, prevent low level repeated construction, protect the ecological environment, andimprove the efficiency of comprehensive utilization of resources, according to the relevant state laws, regulations and industrial policies, the MIIT and MEP jointly formulated “Access Conditions of Lead-acid Battery Industry”, which was releasedon May11^th ,2012and came into force on July 1st, 2012.The investment management, land supply, power supply, environmental protection verification, credit financing, security clearances and other workin lead battery production projects of Authorities are based on the requirements.
