Legislation: Ministerial Decision – Regulations for the Management of Hazardous Waste number 18/93 issued 2nd February 1993 Countries: All countries and all wastes, unless allowed by special decision for non-hazardous wastes only
Remarks: This exemption decision is applied for special wastes such as scrap steel and fly ash needed for industrial purposes.
 
Import restrictions for recovery

Remarks Hazardous waste import for recovery or straight disposal is totally forbidden.
 
Transit restrictions
Not legislated but is it policy that transit is only allowed by transshipment. No transit by air or road is allowed.
