成都项目组完成WFL破碎实验

4月1日,成都项目组成员、BOKU大学Gudrun Zecha在成都市兴蓉危险废物处理有限公司实验室进行了荧光灯管破碎实验,通过模拟居民将废荧光灯投入收集箱的情景,统计荧光灯从不同高度跌落的破损率,以评估收集箱的防破损能力。
 
从破碎实验结果来看成都制作的绿色收集容器,紧凑型灯管破损率为零。这一结果表明成都收集箱的设计较为合理,这一收集箱的设计参考了欧洲废荧光灯收集箱的设计理念,选用纸夹板制作并在箱口加装放破损挡板。
 
Chengdu WFL Break Experiment
 
 
On 1st April, the team of Project CFL in Chengdu and Gudrun Zecha, representative of BOKU, went to Xingrong Hazardous Waste Treatment Co. Ltd. and conducted WFL break experiment there. By imitating the usage of collection boxes in daily condition, they tested the break percentage during WFL disposal, in order to assess the anti-break ability of the collection boxes. According to the experiment, the collection boxes made by Chengdu team achieved a zero break result, which approved the rationality of the design of the collection boxes. The collection boxes used in Chengdu was made by pasteboard with anti-break baffles in the opening, referring to the design of WFL collectors in EU.
