北京开展WFL破碎汞释放预实验

2015年4月,为评估项目收集示范及运输、处理、回收示范对人体与环境的风险,北京项目组进行了废荧光灯破碎汞释放的预实验研究工作。预实验分别测定单支荧光灯管和10支荧光灯管同时破碎后,通风时间对周围空气中汞浓度的影响。实验在2米*2米的密闭空间中进行,设置通风装置模拟自然通风条件。实验结果表明,单支荧光灯管破碎后,随通风时间增长,周围空气中汞浓度呈下降趋势,但通风15分钟测得的汞浓度与通风30分钟以上相比,不存在显著性差异,因此,预实验结果表明:通风15分钟即可基本达到稀释效果。
 
Beijing WFL Testing Experiment  
  
On April 2015, with an aim to assess the risk to human beings and the environment during the process of transportation, treatment and collection demonstrations, the team of Project CFL in Beijing carry out pre-lab experiment for testing the mercury emission when lamp breaks. During the test, the team conducted comparative experiments between single WFL and 10 pieces of WFL. They tested the density of mercury emission, in order to examine the influence the period of window leakage on the density of mercury. The lab experiment was conducted in a 2*2 square meters closed space, imitating the natural wind condition. Based on these, they found out that when single WFL breaks, the surrounding density of mercury showed a decrease trend, while there is no evident difference between the figure monitored in 15 min and 30 min. Therefore, this pre-lab experiment testified that the mercury emission will be diffused in 15 min in wind flow condition.
