2015年5月4日下午，成都项目组与成都市城市管理委员会固体废物处置管理处、成都市城市环境管理科学研究院相关领导以及成都市兴蓉投资股份有限公司代表在成都市环境保护科学研究院就成都废荧光灯管理政策建议进行了交流。会上与会者就能否将居民产生的废荧光灯管纳入市政垃圾分类体系以及怎样纳入进行了意见讨论。本次意见交流会为保障项目的顺利实施奠定了基础，也为项目即将召开的地方层次政策研讨会探明了方向。

 

Chengdu team organized a discussed meeting in Chengdu Institute of Environmental Protection and Scientific Research on 4th, May, 2015, exchanging opinions about whether WFLs can be incorporated into the municipal solid waste classification system and how to incorporate with Chengdu Environmental Management Committee, Chengdu Institute of City Environmental Management Science and Chengdu Xing Rong Investment Ltd. Co.. The meeting has laid the foundation for the project successful implementation, and also cleared the direction for the following local level policy seminar of CFL project.
