荧光灯收集与处理示范灯管分拣分析

2015年3-8月项目团队对收集示范与处理示范进行风险评估,包括对收集到的废荧光灯的分拣分析以及废荧光灯破碎汞释放的测试实验。在前期现场分拣废荧光灯,数据统计的基础上,2015年5月,奥地利维也纳自然资源与生命科学大学(BOKU)对北京和成都示范大型用户(机图1.收集到的电光源、碎玻璃和废物分类场、地铁)和低收入、高收入示范,从示范开始以来所收集的共计1876件废物(总重91.7公斤)进行了分拣分析,其中有1791支废弃光源。来自示范大型用户的废物占总重量的38%,其余废物来自示范小区。共分拣了24个收集箱中的废物,其中个有14个北京团队设计的收集箱,3个成都团队设计的异型荧光灯收集箱,5个其他类型收集箱,以及2批未放入专用收集箱中的废荧光灯。北京示范中使用的收集箱全部为北京团队设计的收集箱,成都示范中使用的收集箱有北京团队设计的收集箱,成都团队设计的异型荧光灯收集箱和其他收集箱。北京团队设计的收集箱中的废物重量在0.87到12.44公斤之间,成都团队设计的异型荧光灯收集箱中的废物重量在2.09到7.02公斤之间。

荧光灯收集箱中含有直型荧光灯、异型荧光灯、其他电光源(多数为白炽灯和卤钨灯)以及大量的其他废物(质量比24-69%),如废电池,其他电子电器废物、包装材料等(如图1)。

除其他废物外,不同收集箱中碎玻璃所占的重量比例不同。未使用专用收集箱的情况下,碎玻璃占比70.9%;其他类型的收集箱中,碎玻璃占比17-18%;成都团队设计的异型荧光灯收集箱的破碎率最低为0%(如图2)。5个其他类型的收集箱是使用纸板制作(如图3),仅在成都的机场与地铁大型用户示范中使用。大型用户更换下来的直型荧光灯有时过长,无法放入其他荧光灯收集箱。
 
下一步,BOKU将进一步开展荧光灯分拣数据分析和荧光灯破碎实验分析,以使用生命周期方法评估收集与处理示范的风险。
 
 
Sorting Analysis for WFL Collection and Treatment Demonstrations
 
The project team conduct risk assessment for collection and treatment demonstrations from March to August 2015, including sorting analysis for collection WFLs and measurement of mercury content for lamp breakage experiment. Based on the onsite sorting and data collection, BOKU analysed collected lamps in Beijing and Chengdu from group consumers (airport, subway) and households as stratified into low and high income areas in May. In total, 1876 items, thereof 1791 lamps, with a total mass of 91.7 kilogram have been sorted and analysed. 38% of the collected mass analysed derived from group consumers, the rest from private households. The contents of 24 WFL containers have been analysed in total, thereof 14 collection containers designed by Beijing Team, 3 containers for CFL collection designed by Chengdu partner and 5 other boxes and 2 batches without special box. Containers set in Beijing demonstration pilots are all containers designed by Beijing Team. Containers set in Chengdu demonstration pilots are containers designed by Beijing Team, containers designed by Chengdu Team for CFL, containers designed by Beijing Team and other containers.The mass collected by container ranged between 0.87 and 12.44 kg for the Beijing collection container and between 2.09 and 7.02 kg for the Chengdu collection container for CFL.

Contents of the WFL containers covered a large percentage of waste (e.g. batteries, other WEEE or packaging material) ranging between 24 and 69 mass-%, tubular fluorescent lamps (TFL), compact fluorescent lamps (CFL) and other lamps (thereof mostly incandescent lamps and halogen lamps) (see Figure 1).

Excluding the share of waste, the percentage of cullet as percentage of totally collected lamp vol-ume, the mass percentage of cullet is highest for collection without boxes (70.9%) and with other boxes (17-18%), while the breakage rate (0%) is least with the Chengdu collection container for CFL (see Figure 2). The 5 other boxes are made of cardboard which are only used in pilot group consumers for the waste TFL replaced from Chengdu Airport or Chengdu subway sometimes are so long to fit into other containers (see Figure 3).

Next steps contain the detailed analysis of sorting analysis and lamp breakage experiments for de-velopment of the life cycle assessment for environment and health risk of collection and treatment.
