6月16日下午，北京-成都收集示范交流会在成都危废处置中心举行。会上北京市固体废物与化学品管理中心、成都市固体废物管理中心交流了示范经验，并围绕如下议题开展了讨论。首先，项目组评估了目前废光灯的收集量与收集率是否已完成项目目标，在分析的基础上讨论了收集示范过程中存在的问题和激励机制的试行，探讨了后续改进措施。其次，在运输处理示范方面，团队讨论了运输处理示范中对于选用的运输车辆、运输时段、运输路线、路况、大型用户与示范小区废荧光灯的不同运行方式等因素的考察。最后，北京与成都团队针对如何通过项目探索废荧光灯的可持续管理，推动地方管理政策，汇报了政策研究与推动进展以及后续工作计划。

 

In the afternoon of June 16, a cross-learning meeting between collection demonstrations in Beijing and Chengdu for experience exchange was held in the Chengdu Hazardous Waste Disposal Center. By the meeting, Beijing and ChenChengdu teams exchanged demonstration experiences and discussed deeply on the following topics. Firstly, the project team examined the current status of completing the project goals on WFLs collection, with a focus on gaining the data of collection quantity and collection rate. Secondly, based on the analysis of the data, the project team further discussed on the obstacles of the demonstrative collection process, the trial implementation of incentive mechanism and the improving measures for future work. Finally, for transportation demonstration, the project team thoroughly considered and analyzed on the influence of various factors, including the selection of transport vehicles, transport period, transport routes, traffic condition and the different transport plan for large-scale users and demonstration communities.
