参加中欧环境可持续项目年度工作计划会

2016年3月1日，“中国荧光灯管收集与处理示范项目”年度工作计划会在环境保护部对外合作中心顺利召开，项目总负责人/清华大学环境学院李金惠教授和项目主管郑莉霞、北京市固体废物和化学品管理中心李敬东科长、成都固体废物管理中心聂鑫淼主任等项目成员参加了会议，并向来自环境保护部对外合作中心、联合国工业发展组织（UNIDO）、德国国际合作机构（GIZ）的专家组汇报了项目实施进展，重点介绍了中国荧光灯管管理政策建议旗舰报告（初稿）。2016年3月2日，国际专家组考察了北京花家地西里小区、首都国际机场的废荧光灯收集示范，以及北京生态岛科技有限责任公司的废荧光灯处理示范。专家组对项目进展和成果给予充分肯定，从废荧光灯管理建议对其他社会源危险废物的适用性、项目成果的区域推广等角度针对国家政策建议和项目成果提出了具体意见，并从收集箱位置选择与日常管理、大型用户废荧光灯存放点安全管理等方面对收集示范和方案提出了建议，为项目的后续实施、成果梳理和政策研究报告的进一步完善发挥了重要的指导作用。
Participated in The Meeting on 2016 Working Plan of EU - China Environmental Sustainability Programme
On 1st March, 2016, the meeting on 2016 working plan of Project CFL was held in Foreign Economic Cooperation Office, Ministry of Environmental Protection (FECO), in which the general project director Professor Jinhui Li and project manager Ms. Lixia Zheng from School of Environment, Tsinghua University, section chief Jingdong Li from Beijing Municipal Solid Waste and Chemicals Management Centre, director Xinmiao Nie from Chengdu Municipal Solid Waste Management Centre and other project members attended the meeting, and reported the project progress to experts from FECO, UNIDO, GIZ and SIWI, and emphatically introduced the Flagship Report on WFLs National-level Policy Recommendations (Draft). On 2nd March, the international expert group conducted the visit of WFLs collection demonstrations of Beijing Huajidixili Community and Beijing Capital International Airport, and the WFLs treatment demonstration of Beijing Eco-island Science and Technology Co., LTD. Expert group affirmed the project progress, provided specific guidance on national level policy recommendations and project outputs from the perspective of the applicability of WFLs management recommendations to other society source hazardous waste and regional spread of project outputs, and put forward recommendations on collection demonstration and scheme about location selection and daily management of collecting boxes and safety management of large users WFLs, which played an important role in the follow-up project implementation, reviews of outputs and further improvement of the policy report.
