欧洲团队BOKU编制完成了废荧光灯管收集、运输和处理的风险评估报告，旨在促进决策者和生产商采取积极行动预防废荧光灯管可能产生的污染与危害。报告以汞排放量为评估标准，分析并比较了废荧光灯管与生活垃圾分开或一同收集处理的对环境和健康的风险影响，包括废荧光灯管的破碎率、收集容器填充率与结果的相关性，以及分开收集时产生影响的关键因素等。

 

 

 

 

 

European partner– BOKU completed the report on Life cycle-based assessment of different collection scenarios, transportation and treatment for demonstration. The report analyzed and compared the impacts of separate collection and treatment of WFLs compared to disposal as part of household waste, with a particular focus on the environmental and health aspects linked to mercury, aiming to further convince policymakers and fluorescent lamp producers to take action. Some aspects, which are considered relevant for the comparison of the two systems are analyzed in more detail, such as how significantly does breakage rate influence the results, how relevant for the results is the fill rate of collection containers, and what are the key drivers for impacts occurring in separate collection.
