为推进项目的进一步实施，成都团队开展了地方废荧光灯管现状调查和管理政策研讨活动。成都团队通过现场问卷和网络问卷两种方式对成都市医院、学校、机关等相关单位进行荧光灯管年使用和报废情况统计，为成都市废荧光灯管现状调查及污染防治对策研究项目提供基础数据。此外，2016年3月31日，成都团队组织召开了中国荧光灯管收集与处理示范项目（成都部分）有害垃圾分类管理技术与政策研讨会，来自成都市环境保护科学研究院、成都市城市环境管理科学研究院、城管委固废处的代表参加了会议。会上项目组汇报了项目成都部分的工作进展及政策研究成果，对成都市垃圾分类试点情况（试点数、分类方法等）进行了交流，并重点讨论了包含废荧光灯管回收体系在内的有害垃圾分类和处置设施建设的问题，促进了项目成果在地方管理政策和实践中的推进和应用。

 

 

Chengdu partner organized current situation investigation of local WFLs and management policy workshop, aiming to get service life and scrapped statistics of fluorescent lamps of hospital, schools and other relevant units. On 31 March 2016, Chengdu partner organized the workshop on hazardous waste management technologies and policies. Project group reported the project progress and policy research outputs of Chengdu part, discussed pilot situation of garbage classification in Chengdu, etc.
