2016年4月21日-22日，欧洲团队奥地利维也纳自然资源与生命科学大学（BOKU）来访北京进行了为期两天的项目示范参观与交流，中欧团队就双方项目实施进展及取得的成果进行了深入交流，对项目后续活动实施与成果凝练起到了积极作用。

 

21日，在北京市固体废物与化学品管理中心（北京团队）的陪同下，BOKU团队代表Benjamin Steuer先后参观了废荧光灯管收集和处理示范——北京花家地西里社区和北京生态岛科技有限公司，并与来自清华大学/巴塞尔公约亚太区域中心、北京团队、北京环境保护科学研究院、北京生态岛科技有限公司的项目团队代表，针对示范收集方案的关键因素、地方废荧光灯管管理政策建议以及欧洲废荧光灯管收集处理情况进行了交流和讨论。

 

22日，中欧废荧光灯管政策成果研讨会在清华大学环境学院召开，BOKU团队代表Benjamin Steuer、北京环境保护科学研究院技术专家梁竞、清华大学/巴塞尔公约亚太区域中心项目主管郑莉霞等参加了会议。中欧团队分别就“废荧光灯管生命周期（LCA）风险评估”和“废荧光灯管管理的政策建议”的研究报告进行了介绍，围绕成果重点讨论了LCA评估方法，中国废荧光灯管回收模式、资金机制及政策建议等内容。此外，双方还就项目财务事项进行了沟通。

 

 

 

 

On 21-22 April 2016, EU partner BOKU visited Beijing for communication about collection demonstration and policy research, which played a positive role in experience sharing and the implementation of follow-up activities. Accompanied by Beijing partner, Dr. Benjamin Steuer from BOKU visited Beijing collection and treatment demonstrations, and had an in-depth communication and discussion with project members from Tsinghua University/BCRC China, Beijing partner, Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences and Beijing Eco-island Science and Technology Co. LTD around the key factors of WFLs collection demonstration scheme, local policy recommendations and European relevant experience. What’s more, a workshop of policy research outputs was also held. In the workshop, BOKU and Tsinghua University shared their research reports named Life Cycle-based Assessment of WFLs and WFLs Management Policy Recommendations respectively, and discussed on the project progresses and related matters with each other.
