2016年5月12日，“中国荧光灯管收集和处理示范项目”指导委员会暨中期成果评估会在清华大学环境学院顺利举办，来自环境保护部土壤环境管理司、环境保护部环境保护对外合作中心/汞公约履约处、中国环境科学研究院固体废物污染控制技术研究所、成都市环境保护局的专家，以及清华大学/巴塞尔公约亚太区域中心、北京市固体废物和化学品管理中心、成都市固体废物管理中心项目团队的代表参加了会议。专家组分别听取了北京团队、成都团队和清华大学项目管理办公室有关项目进展情况汇报，从废荧光灯管社区收集率的计算、北京试行废荧光灯管管理政策的可能性、成都废荧光灯管处理的可行方案等方面对北京和成都团队的收集示范提出了建议，并从废荧光灯管理回收体系、资金机制、移动设施配套政策相关内容针对国家政策建议提出了具体意见，对项目成果的进一步梳理起到了指导和促进作用。

 
 

 

On 12 May 2016, the project steering committee and mid-term outcome self-evaluation meeting of Project CFL was held in Tsinghua University. The officials or experts from Department of Soil Environment Management, MEP of China, FECO, Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences, Chengdu Environmental Protection Bureau, Beijing Municipal Research Institute of Environmental Protection, and project team members participated in the meeting. During this meeting, the relative project progress has been presented respectively by Beijing partner, Chengdu partner and Tsinghua University. The in-depth communication and discussion about the current challenges including the calculation of WFLs collection rate in communities, the possibility of trial implementing WFLs management policy in Beijing, the feasible scheme of WFLs treatment in Chengdu have been conducted among the participants. The officials and experts also put forward concrete suggestions on WFLs National-level Policy Recommendations from the aspects of collection system, financing scheme and mobile facilities. In general, the PSC meeting provided precious guidance and directive advices for further implementation of Project CFL.
