2016年5月19日，“中国荧光灯管收集和处理示范项目”（成都部分）地方层次政策研讨会在成都顺利举办，来自于清华大学/巴塞尔公约亚太区域中心、印度废电池基金会、成都市环保局工业处、市发改委、市经信委、成都市固体废物管理中心、成都市环境科学研究院、成都市城市环境管理科学研究院、市机关事务管理局、市城市照明管理处、市环保宣教中心、市环保产业协会、成都地铁公司、成都兴蓉环保科技有限公司代表等相关方的代表参加了会议。会议分别介绍了荧光灯项目（成都部分）实施进展、废荧光灯管理国家政策建议以及印度废荧光灯回收利用现状，并重点围绕成都市废荧光灯收集和处理的地方政策建议进行了研讨，包括开展成都市荧光灯现状调查、通过政府补贴建立回收处理资金、源头减少和控制荧光灯含汞量、实施宣传教育和奖惩措施、加快推进处理设施建设等。

 

On 19 May 2016, city-level policy workshop on WFLs management was held in Chengdu. Delegates from Tsinghua University, India Battery and Recycling Foundation, and relevant stakeholders from Chengdu including Environmental Protection Bureau, Development and Reform Commission, Economic Development Committee, Solid Waste Management Center, Environmental Protection Industry Association, Academy of Environmental Sciences, Metro Inc., Xingrong Hazardous Waste Disposal Center, etc., attended the meeting. During the meeting, WFLs policy recommendations for Chengdu were deeply commented and discussed around WFLs status investigation, WFLs recycling funds through government subsidies, mercury content reducing and controlling of fluorescent lamps, publicity and incentive measures. The event greatly promoted the policy impacts at Chengdu local level.
