2016年6月29日，清华大学/亚太中心与成都市固体废物管理中心共同组织了“中国荧光灯管收集与处理示范项目”成果中期宣传会（成都）。来自环境保护部固体废物与化学品管理技术中心、成都市县相关环保部门、大专院校、荧光灯回收处理企业等60余名代表参加了会议。会议介绍了我国废荧光灯的管理情况，展示了项目在成都市的示范成果，分享了废荧光灯回收管理政策研究报告和成果。成都市环保局为会议做了总结，肯定了该项目取得的成果和项目实施对成都市废荧光灯管相关管工作起到的实质性的推动作用：1）成都市环保部门与生活垃圾分类收集的市政部门展开了密切合作，就废荧光灯等家庭来源的危险性废物分类收集方案基本达成一致；2）成都市危险废物处理处置设施规划中纳入了废荧光灯处理设施建设，并完成了废荧光灯产生源统计工作，废荧光灯处理设施预计年内建成；3）大大提高了居民及相关企业和单位对废荧光灯的认识和关注。项目成果终期宣传会将于8月26日在北京召开，特别是面向国家决策者汇报项目最终成果，以积极推动我国废荧光灯管等社会源危险废物的收集和处理管理。

  

On 29 June 2016, Tsinghua University/BCRC China and Chengdu Municipal Solid Waste Management Centre jointly organized the mid-term achievement propaganda meeting of Project CFL in Chengdu. More than 60 delegates from China Solid Waste and Chemicals Management, Cheng-du local and near cities’ governments, universities and colleges, recycling and treatment enterprises of WFL, attended the meeting. In the meeting, the management situation of WFL in China was introduced, Chengdu demonstration outputs were presented, and the national-level policy recommendations of WFL management were shared. Chengdu Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau summarized the meeting，and affirmed the project achievements and the substantive role Project CFL played in promoting household garbage management; 2) Establishment of WFL treatment facilities WFL management related work in Chengdu: 1) Chengdu Municipal environmental protection departments developed close cooperation with housing construction departments, and reached a basic agreement on classification collection scheme on household source hazardous waste including WFL in household garbage management; 2) Establishment of WFL treatment facilities has been included in Chengdu hazardous waste disposal facilities plan and was expected to completed at the end of 2016; 3) Awareness was greatly improved in residents, related enterprises and units on waste fluorescent lamps. In addition, the final achievement propaganda meeting of Project CFL will be held on August 26 in Beijing, in particular to report the final achievement to national policy makers, aiming to promote management of collection and treatment of hazardous waste (eg. WFL) from social sources in China.
