8月17日，“中国荧光灯管收集和处理示范项目”地方层次政策研讨会在北京召开，来自于环境保护部固体废物与化学品管理技术中心、国家环保部环境保护对外合作中心、北京市固体废物和化学品管理中心、清华大学/巴塞尔公约亚太区域中心、中国科学院、中国再生资源回收利用协会、北京生态岛科技有限责任公司等相关方的代表参加了会议。会议介绍了荧光灯项目（北京部分）实施方案和成果，并重点围绕北京市废荧光灯收集和处理的地方政策建议进行了研讨，包括从源头控制废荧光灯管的环境污染、避免废荧光灯管进入生活垃圾及焚烧处置、配套充分必要的废荧光灯管回收设施、加强宣传促进居民废荧光灯管回收、出台地方废荧光灯管强制回收和处理补贴相关立法等。

 

On August 17, city-level policy workshop of Project CFL was held in Beijing. Delegates from Solid Waste and Chemicals Management Technology Center of MEP, FECO of MEP, Beijing Municipal Solid Waste and Chemicals Management Centre, Tsinghua University/BCRC China, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Resource Recycling Association, Beijing Eco-island Science and Technology Co., LTD, etc. attended the meeting. The meeting introduced the implementation and outputs of Project CFL (Beijing part), and discussed around city-level policy recommendation of WFLs collection and treatment in Beijing, including avoiding WFLs collected together with household waste and dis-posed by incineration to control environmental pollution of WFLs from source, establishing necessary and convenient WFLs collecting facilities in com-munities, strengthening promotion on the recycling of household WFLs, and enacting local regulations on compulsory recycling and processing subsidy of WFLs, etc.
