8月26日，中欧环境可持续项目框架下“中国荧光灯管收集与处理示范项目”终期成果宣传会暨政策研讨会在北京清华大学顺利召开。
会议由清华大学/亚太中心举办，北京市固体废物和化学品管理中心协助组织，来自欧盟驻华代表团、联合国工业发展组织、环境保护部环境保护对外合作中心、环境保护部固体废物与化学品管理技术中心、地方政府部门、相关国际组织、知名院校、环保协会、企业代表以及项目各合作单位成员等70余人参加了会议议。会议重点介绍并分享了废荧光灯管收集与处理示范项目及相关成果，包括我国废荧光灯管产生量预测、促进废荧光灯管收集和回收处理的政策建议、城市废荧光灯管污染及污染控制。参会代表们从国家管理情况与思路、地方管理实践、项目执行与建议、废荧光灯管的污染及管理必要性等角度对废荧光灯管管理政策与实践进行了热烈讨论。欧盟驻华代表团黄雪菊女士对会议进行了总结，对项目在收集和处理示范活动和政策建议报告等方面的成果给予了充分肯定，建议可进一步细化废荧光灯回收和资金方面的相关内容。

会议的顺利召开，为项目成果的进一步提升凝练给予了具体指导，也极大地促进了项目成果和示范经验在国家和地方政府部门、科研院所、协会企业等相关单位的宣传和推广。

 

On August 26, Project CFL’s final project dissemination conference & policy workshop on solid waste was held in Beijing. The conference was hosted by Tsinghua University/BCRC China, and co-organized by Beijing Municipal Solid Waste and Chemicals Management Centre. More than 70 delegates from EU Delegation, UNIDO, FECO of MEP, Solid Waste and Chemicals Management technology center of MEP, city-level government departments, relevant international organizations, research institutes, environmental protection associations, related generation and treatment enterprises, and project partners attended the conference. The conference introduced and shared project achievements and experience including generation forecast of WFLs in China, policy recommendations on promoting collection and recycling of WFLs, and pollution control of WFLs in cities. The representatives had a heated discussion from the perspectives of national management situation and plan, local management practice, suggestions on project implementation, and the necessity of pollution control of WFLs. At last, Ms. Xueju Huang from EU Delegation summarized the meeting, fully affirmed the project achievements, and suggested that policy recommendation on WFLs management could be further detailed for funds and collection aspects.
