Dr. He Xu is now a professor, Ph.D. supervisor from the College of Environmental Science and Engineering, Nankai University. Editor in Chief of Journal of EIA Review. He acted as deputy chairman of Institute of Ecological Civilization, Nankai University; director of Research Center of Strategic Environmental Assessment and since 2001, at the same time; he worked as vice director for National Research Center for Circular Economy and vice director of China-US Center for Environmental Remediation & Sustainable Development. He is also national deputy chairman of EIA commission, IPCC AR5 RE, etc. His research mainly focuses in strategic environmental assessment, circular economy, and climate changes.
