Mengjun CHEN is a Professor and doctor, he has been long engaged in research on solid waste pollution control and recycling; won 3 provincial and ministerial awards; presided over more than 20 national/provincial&ministerial projects, including 4 National Natural Science Foundation of China; published more than 60 SCI papers as the first author/corresponding author in TOP journals, such as Science & Technology, Journal of Power Source, Environment International, Resource Conservation & Recycling, etc., with a H index of 30; authorized 15 national invention patents, 2 PCT; edited 1 textbook "Principles of Solid Waste Recycling"; and participated in 7 group standards; guided more than 30 Master students and 8 PhD students. Founding editorial board member of "Circular Economy", Deputy Secretary-General of the Solid Waste Branch of the Chinese Society of Environmental Sciences, Vice President of the Electronic Product Recycling Branch of the China Material Recycling Association, Deputy Director of the Special Committee on Comprehensive Utilization of Resources of the Supply Chain Alliance.
