Xuebin Lv(1980-), Professor of the Ecological Environment Department at Tibet University, Distinguished Professor of "Changjiang Scholars Award Program", doctoral supervisor, chief scientist of National Key research and development Program. His research mainly engaged in biomass energy, organic solid waste resource recycling and environmental pollution control. He is a member of the Chemical Society of Tibet Autonomous Region, a member of the new energy Expert Group of the Expert Committee of the China Energy Society, an expert in the Think Tank of Chemicals and Waste Environmental Management of Basel Convention Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific, an expert on industrial green development in Tibet Autonomous Region, an editorial member of the journal Industrial Water Treatment, and a deputy chairman of the Carbon neutral Special Committee of the Tianjin Renewable Energy Society. He is also a Tianjin biomass gas and fuel oil technology engineering center deputy director, Tianjin science and technology special commissioner. He has published more than 90 high-level research papers (including 2 ESI highly cited, 1 highcited article, and 12 cover articles). He has more than 10 authorized patents, including 1 international patent. He is participated in the compilation and publication of 3 monographs. He presided over 1 special project of the national key research and development Plan "Solid waste resource recycling", 2 sub-projects of the National Science and Technology Support Plan, 3 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, and 8 horizontal projects. It has won 1 first prize of Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 first prize of Tianjin Technology Invention Award, 1 second prize of Tianjin Natural Science Award, 1 first prize of Tibet Autonomous Region Science and Technology Award, 1 second prize of Fujian Province Science and Technology Award, 1 second prize of Huaxia Construction science and Technology Award, 1 second prize of national teaching Achievement Award, 3 first prizes and 1 second prize of provincial and ministerial teaching Achievement Award.
