    Li 'an Duo is a professor and doctoral supervisor of Bohai Scholars, Tianjin Normal University. He is the First-level academic leader in ecology. He has published more than 180 academic papers in journals such as Journal of Hazardous Materials and Bioresource Technology, etc . He was awarded two 2nd and one 3rd prizes of ministerial and provincial-level scientific and technological achievements awards. He also was obtained 167 national invention patents. He is currently an expert in the Think Tank of Basel Convention Regional Center for Asia and the Pacific, a vice chairman of the Ecological Environment Professional Committee of China National Association of Engineering Consultants, a vice chairman of Ecological Society of Tianjin, and a executive director of Tianjin Society of Natural Resources.
