Liang Cheng has long been engaged in ecological environmental protection planning, ecological environment investment and financing policies, central environmental protection special fund management and performance evaluation, solid waste planning and management research and other work. Since taking the current position, he has presided over more than 20 financial budget items, 4 scientific research projects and more than 30 major consulting projects. He wrote more than 10 national and ministerial policy and system documents, and undertook or participated in the preparation of 2 national planning departments and 7 provincial and ministerial planning departments. He has published 4 books, 41 articles, and obtained 1 utility model patent and 8 software Copyrights. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the Green Development Branch of Industrial Park of China Circular Economy Association, the standing member of the Special Committee on Synergistic Efficiency of Pollution Reduction and carbon Reduction of China Environmental Science Association, and the standing member of the Professional Committee of Environmental Planning of China Environmental Science Association. Awarded by The State Council once. He won the first prize of the Third China Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology Industrialization Science and Technology Award once, the second prize of Environmental Protection Science and Technology Award once, and the second prize of National Excellent Engineering Consulting Achievement Award twice.
