Poster Exhibition Guidelines
The conference has designated a dedicated offline exhibition venue and time for the Poster Exhibition. Please refer to the conference notes for the exact location and schedule. Selected representatives are required to prepare a Poster for presentation and discussion during the session, and ensure it is displayed at the assigned time and location as outlined in the conference schedule.
1. Poster Preparation Guidelines
Dimensions: Design your poster to fit 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height).
Content & Design: Showcase your research findings prominently. Use the provided template (see attachment: "21st International Conference on Waste Management and Technology Poster Template") for reference. Ensure visuals, text, and layout are engaging and professional.
Printing: Print your poster in color at a local printing service. Ensure physical delivery to the conference exhibition area.
2. Poster Display Instructions
Setup: Follow the conference manual to locate your assigned display area. Adhere to the scheduled posting time.
Materials Provided: The organizers will supply adhesive strips, scissors, and other tools for installation.
Engagement: Actively present your work, engage with attendees, and address questions in detail. This session is a platform to share research, foster collaboration, and spark academic dialogue.
3. Poster Removal Protocol
Timing: Remove your poster promptly at the end of the exhibition.
Site Responsibility: Ensure the display area is left clean and undamaged. Posters remaining after the session will be discarded by the organizers.
4. Outstanding Poster Recognition
The Basel Convention Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific will award select posters with the "Outstanding Poster" certificate based on originality, clarity, and impact.
