Xuebin LV is a professor and dean of the School of Ecological Environment, Xizang University, he is a national high-level talent, doctoral supervisor, and chief scientist of the National Key research and development Program. He is mainly engaged in the research of biomass energy, organic solid waste resource recycling and environmental pollution control.
