Since taking on current position, he has been deeply involved in various aspects of environmental protection, including ecological and environmental protection planning, policies on investment and financing for ecological and environmental protection, management and performance evaluation of central environmental protection special funds, as well as research on planning and management of solid waste. During this period, I have presided over over 20 fiscal budget projects, 4 scientific research special topics, and more than 30 major consulting projects. he has also authored or co-authored over 10 national and ministerial-level policy and institutional documents, and participated in the formulation of 2 national-level planning documents and 7 provincial and ministerial-level planning documents.

His academic achievements include 4 published books, 41 articles, 1 utility model patent, and 8 software copyrights. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Director of the Green Development Branch of Industrial Parks under the China Association of Circular Economy, the Executive Committee Member of the Collaborative Emission Reduction and Carbon Reduction Special Committee of the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences, and the Executive Committee Member of the Environmental Planning Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences.

His contributions have been recognized through various accolades, including 1 commendation from the State Council, 1 First Prize in the Third China Science and Technology Industrialization Promotion Association Science and Technology Award, 1 Second Prize in the Environmental Protection Science and Technology Award, and 2 Second Prizes in the National Outstanding Engineering Consultation Achievement Award.
