Xinmin ZHAN

Xinmin ZHAN is a professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the National University of Galway, Ireland, and an international expert in the field of biological waste and wastewater treatment.He has studied in Tokyo Institute of Technology, Gifu University, Tsinghua-Berkeley Shenzhen College, and Japan University of Agriculture and Technology, Done the access job. The research field is low carbonization treatment of sewage and resource utilization of livestock and poultry breeding waste. Publish academic papers more than 160 articles, 1 monograph, participated in the formulation of a national biogas slurry quality industry standard, led the scientific research team presided over 20,more than 8 million euros of research projects. Related research and development work has been reported by the Irish Times and the Independent(Irish Independent) and others have reported many times. He is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council of China Member of the Engineering and Computing Committee of the Royal Academy of Sciences, editorial board of the journal Frontiers in Environmental Science and Engineering (FESE) and associate editor of the journal Water Cycle. Former member of the Chinese Environment, Resources and Resources Association in Love Chairman of ICAERE, Ireland's representative to the EU COST Action on several occasions.
