Chungang YUAN is a professor and deputy director of Department of Environmental Science & Engineering, North China Electric Power University-Baoding campus. He was honored with the title of “New Century Excellent Talents of the Ministry of Education”. He obtained his PhD degree from Ecological Environment Research Center (RCEES), Chinese Academy of Sciences, and had the research experience of Postdoc at University of Alberta, Canada and research scholar at Georgia Institute of technology, USA.
