Chief Expert of Key R&D Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, one of the first batch of national environmental protection professional and technical young talents, concurrently serving as a judicial consulting expert for environmental appraisal and remediation in Hebei Province, a consulting expert for solid waste environmental management in Chongqing, a member of the Pollution Source Emission and Control Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Environmental Sciences, a member of the Soil Remediation Special Committee of the Chinese Society of Soil Sciences, a director of the Beijing Environmental Science Society, and the deputy chairman of the Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Special Committee of the China Inorganic Salt Industry Association. Part time professors at Renmin University of China, China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing), and Nanjing University of Technology. Engaged in the research and development of hazardous waste and pollution prevention technologies for a long time, especially in the control of heavy metal chromium pollution, has formed a leading advantage in China. In recent years, I have led nearly 10 national key research and development projects, including risk control and remediation technology for soil pollution in tannery, chromium chemical and electroplating sites, environmental protection and public welfare research projects, research on pollution characteristics and risk control of inorganic chemical waste residue, and National Natural Science Foundation of China. Responsible for the preparation of multiple standard specifications, including the "Standard for Pollution Control from Municipal Solid Waste Incineration", "Technical Guidelines for Heterotopic Remediation and Treatment of Chromium Contaminated Soil", "Technical Guidelines for Risk Prevention and Control of Chromium Contaminated Sites", and "Technical Guidelines for Environmental Protection of Demolition and Disposal of Mobile Housing in Earthquake stricken Areas". I have undertaken nearly 40 projects, including pollution investigation, assessment, and remediation plan preparation for the shutdown site of Hongyuan Coking Plant in Zibo City, as well as waste hazard identification and risk control. The relevant research results have been published in more than 40 mainstream journals both domestically and internationally, with nearly 10 authorized invention patents. The editor in chief has published two academic monographs, "American Superfund System and Domestic Pollution Site Assessment Cases" and "Characteristics and Risk Control of Inorganic Chemical Waste Pollution". Received 2 first prizes and 2 second prizes at the provincial and ministerial levels.
