Xi TIAN

Professor
Tian Xi is a distinguished professor and doctoral supervisor at Nanchang University. He is recognized as an innovative leading young talent under the "Double Thousand Plan" of Jiangxi Province. He serves as the head of the discipline of Resource and Environmental Economics at the university and is a researcher at the Ministry of Education Engineering Research Center for Watershed Carbon Neutrality. His research primarily focuses on the green and low-carbon transformation of resource recycling systems, with a particular emphasis on emerging solid waste such as retired power batteries from new energy vehicles. Since 2019, he has led three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and eight provincial and ministeriallevel projects including the Key Research and Development Program of Jiangxi Province. He has published a monograph titled "Research on the Green Development of the Renewable Resource Industry" by a national-level publishing house and has authored over 30 academic papers in both Chinese and English journals.
