Xiaoyan MENG

Professor
Xiaoyan MENG is an associate researcher at the Strategic Consulting Institute of Science and Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She graduated from the School of Environment, Tsinghua University. Her research interests include resource and environmental management and policy, circular economy and industrial ecology, green low-carbon and sustainable development strategy, etc. In recent years, she has presided over A number of research tasks such as the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, the National Key Research and Development Plan project sub-project, the China Postdoctoral Science Fund Project, the President's Youth Fund Class A project of the Strategic Advisory Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Frontier Exploration Project, and participated in more than 10 major projects such as the National high-end think tank key project and the National Development and Reform Commission Carbon Peak Carbon neutral research project.
