Guangqian LUO is professor and doctoral supervisor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He received his bachelor's degree and master's degree from Northeastern University, doctor's degree and postdoctoral degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He was a research assistant at the University of Alberta and a seconded assistant at the Foundation Committee. He has long been dedicated to the high-value disposal of solid waste and the clean and efficient use of solid fuel.
